Re Opened in November 2013, Hotel Spencer offers the perfect place in dining – great food, a huge selection of fine wines and craft beers, stellar service and a warm and hospitable atmosphere.  Hotel Spencer is a regular mealtime destination for locals, as well as being a firm family favourite. And while Hotel Spencer is famous for its unique specialties, the menu caters for everyone, with a range of starters, burgers, steaks and bistro classics on offer. All our signature dishes are made on site from scratch, gluten free and vegetarian options are always available.

Brimming with old-world charm from its burnished wood fixtures to the roaring fireplace, this Melbourne pub has been keeping customers well-fed and more than adequately hydrated for over 100 years. Hotel Spencer is the perfect destination for your next night out, whether an intimate dinner for two or a large group celebration. We serve lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. There is ample street parking on Rosslyn Street, and it's a short walk into the city.
